I have worked professionally with Jay Dee Contractors for more than 25 years on a range of projects with a combined construction value of over $1 billion.  In that time I have had nothing but positive experiences with Jay Dee, they have always provided a quality finished product within the agreed time and budget.  They are extremely professional, very fair, and easy to work with.  I would certainly consider them among the very best underground contractors in the business.
